UK FC launches new guides.

The Forestry Commission (Yorkshire & North East) in conjunction with the EU funded Activating Forest Owners project publish a series of new helpful guides aimed at utilising more of the areas woodland as sustainably produced woodfuel.

The suite of information covers;

- Contractors and Consultants; gives an up to date listing for Forestry Agents, Consultants and Contractors working across Yorkshire and the North East that can help you manage a woodland under your ownership or stewardship.

- Yorkshire Arbooriculturalist and Sawmills; provides a comprehensive guide to business providing tree services, often in a urban environments and milling companies operating across the area.

- Yorkshire Wood Fuel Boiler Suppliers & Installers; with information on fuel types, installers, installer accreditation and fuel standards it provides a comprehensive starting point to buying a wood heating appliance. Listing wood boilers suppliers, pellet heat unit retailers, providers of batch log boilers as well as regional companies selling wood fired stoves it is a must read for anyone thinking of heating with wood.
